Attorney David Morgan III of Abbeville, GA; cheating loser

The state of Georgia presented David E. Morgan III with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta.

The State Bar of Georgia found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Acted dishonestly and selfishly when he transferred funds from estate checking account into his trust account and withdrew the funds for his own personal use
• Probate court entered order finding that Davey, as the executor, breached his fiduciary duties in
• transferring estate funds into an account under his control for his personal use
• Converted $77,027.21 of client trust account funds to pay personal expenses (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
