Attorney Lydia Wardell of Tampa; serial scofflaw

The state of Florida provided Lydia Dempsey Wardell in 1993 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Lydia guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lydia was arrested for driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and causing an accident. Subsequently, Lydia pleaded guilty to the criminal charges.

In a second matter, Lydia was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield the right-of-way and speeding. Subsequently, Lydia pleaded guilty to several of the criminal charges.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Lydia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Lydia practices with Wilkes and McHugh PA at 1 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, Florida.
