Attorney Kenneth Walton II of Miami, FL; cheating loser

The state of Florida provided presented Kenneth Edward Walton II with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client matters
• Failed in his duty to represent his clients
• Delayed or burdened a third party
• Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to maintain technical trust accounting records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law at 701 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
