Attorney Dirk Weed of Tampa, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Florida provided Dirk Robert Weed with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Dirk guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to appear at court-ordered hearings on behalf of his clients
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to respond to multiple court orders (Up yours, said Dirk!)
• Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dirk!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dirk by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $1,293.50.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Dirk practices his so-called brand of law at 4510 North Armenia Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
