Attorney Richard Bradford of Brandon, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Richard Luther Bradford with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found in contempt for failure to comply with prior suspension order
• Failed to notify client of his law license suspension
• Failed to notify opposing counsel and tribunals of law license suspension

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.
