Barbara Broadway was presented with a license to practice law in 1985.
 
In the past, the Supreme Court of Delaware found Barbara guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Incompetence
  2. Failure to communicate with numerous clients
  3. Conduct involving fraud
  4. Conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Bounced numerous checks
Over several years, Barbara wrote at least 1,500 checks which had been issued but failed to clear (they bounced).
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Barbara by gifting her with a admonishment and placing her on probation for two years.
 
This non-punishment only further proves that Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.
 
As we speak (Dec 2011) this certified loser continues to practice her brand of law at 2710 Centerville Road in Wilmington, Delaware.
