Attorney Daniel Duggan of Arvada, CO; repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Sean Duggan with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Danny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Knowingly failed to complete his client’s tax returns for almost one year
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about the status of her legal matter.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Danny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to perform services for multiple clients
• Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
• Failed to timely refund the unearned portions of their retainer fees
• Failed to enter into written fee agreement with client
• Failed to deposit retainer fee into client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of law at 5310 Ward Road in Arvada, Colorado.
