The state of Illinois presented Michael D. Collins with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Michael received a license to practice law from Arkansas in 1997.

The Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law in Virginia.

In addition, Mike neglected two client matters entrusted to him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois and Arkansas Supreme Courts punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Michael practices at 4300 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
