Attorney Ashley Moritz of Hope, AR; moronic slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Ashley Tolleson Moritzwith a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University School of Law.

The Committee on Professional found Ashley guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to maintain client files for the required period of time
• Failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the client's file in paper or electronic format for five (5) years after the conclusion of the representation in a matter
• Failed to prepare and file bankruptcy petition for her clients, which resulted in the repossession of their vehicle
• Failed to advise her client of the consequences of failing to file the bankruptcy petition and what would happen to their vehicle
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ashley by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Ashley practices his so-called brand of law at 106 North Circle Drive in Hope, Arkansas.
