Attorney Steven Smith of Little Rock; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Steven Richard Smith with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University School of Law.

The Committee on Professional found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Stevie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in improper trust account management
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

Stevie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file notice of appeal correctly identify matter being appealed
   
  
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca.September 2022), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law at 15300 Kanis Road in Little Rock, Arkansas.
