Attorney Thomas Morris of East Bella Vista, AR; scofflaw

The state of Arkansas presented Thomas C. Morris with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
