Attorney Marcia Brinton of Rogers, AR; moronic loser

The state of Arkansas presented Marcia Mary Brinton with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Marcia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay client obligation after receipt of settlement funds
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Entered into an arrangement unrecorded in public records and kept secret from her client to consent to have a judgment rendered against her client
• Failed to make timely and promised payments on the Rogers Chiropractic Clinic debt arrangement
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to render accounting re: disbursement/receipt of client funds
• Failed to promptly pay funds owing to client and/or third parties
• Improperly destroyed trust account records
• Failed to provide client with copy of written  contingent  fee  agreement  required  in  all  contingent  fee  matters
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Marcia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (January 2019), Marcia practices at 2001 Sough Hampton Place in Rogers, Arkansas.
