Attorney Michael Allison of Morrilton, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Michael L. Allison with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to undertake the necessary steps to obtain an effective Order extending the time to file the record on
• appeal beyond the ninety (90) day limit on client’s behalf
• Failed to file the record with the Arkansas Supreme Court in a timely manner

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary caution and a $500.00 fine.

As we speak (April 2019), Mike practices at 1106 Kristen Taylor Drive in Morrilton, Arkansas.
