Attorney William Hoggard of North Little Rock, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented William Glen Hoggard with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to consult with client as to the means to achieve client objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2017), Billy practices at 2513 McCain Boulevard in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
