Attorney Michael Hamby of Greenwood, AR; idiot

The state of Arkansas presented Michael Joe Hamby with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to file appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Gross negligence led to dismissal of client’s appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2017), Billy practices in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
