Attorney Elliott Wilson of Helena, AR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arkansas presented Elliott Dion Wilson with a law license in 1994.

The Committee on Professional found Elliott guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided financial assistance to client
• Failed to inform proper authorities of a Judge Sam Whitfield’s misconduct
• Improperly made $1,800 gift to a judge
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another do so or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Assisted judicial officer in violating the Code of Judicial Conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Elliott by gifting him with a complimentary caution.  

As we speak (September 2015), Elliott practices at 423 Rightor Street in Helena, Arkansas.
