Attorney Frances Finley of Little Rock; imbecilic loser

The state of Arkansas presented Frances Morris Finley with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Frances guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file client’s appeal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Gross negligence led to denial of client’s right to appeal
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: representation
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Frances by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2016), Frances practices at 2112 Hinson Road in Little Rock, Arkansas.
