Attorney Benjamin Kent of Little Rock; moronic loser

The state of Arkansas presented Benjamin Adam Kent with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
