The state of Arkansas presented Dee Ann Scritchfield with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Dee found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to serve notice of withdrawal on opposing counsel
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dee by gifting her with a complimentary caution.
