Attorney Jacob Potter of Texarkana, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Jacob Stem Potter with a law license in 2011.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exceeded scope of authorization
• Failed to consult with client regarding manner in which representation was to proceed
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jacob by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (May 2015), Jacob practices at 117 East Broad Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
