Attorney William Walker of Tempe; ethical leprechaun

The state of Illinois presented William Jay Walker with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy found it acceptable to engage in a conflict of interest by touching a client’s breast and attempt to begin a sexual relationship with her.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a stayed complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Billy practices at 3110 South Rural Road in Tempe, Arizona.
