Judge Robert Dodds of Liverpool, UK; bullying loser 

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office has charged Judge Dodds with the following misconduct.

• Acted in a gratuitously rude manner
• Conduct involved being unfair to litigants
• Acted in an unprincipled manner
• His conduct was a total embarrassment to the judiciary
• Used unrestrained and immoderate language in telling 13-year-old girl that her case was “codswallop” (garbage)
• Remarks during court proceedings constituted a “serious procedural irregularity”
• Biased in making up his mind before hearing any argument or evidence in case involving 11-year-old boy separated from his mother

Given the dismal record of the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Investigators Office, its more likely than not that Judge Dodds doesn’t have much to worry about. At worst he may receive a complimentary reprimand.
