Judge Christopher Bomken of Amersham, UK; ethical misfit

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

While presiding over a small claims matter, Judge Bomken found it acceptable to make inappropriate remarks to a defendant.

It was determined that Bomken’s conduct fell below the standard expected of a judicial office.

As a consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Paulie continues to sit as a Deputy District Judge in Amersham, England.
