Judge Linda McGarr of England; ethical troll

The Law Society provided Linda McGarr with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Essex School of Law.

The Lord Chief Justice and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Linda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used a disrespectful term in relation to the appellant’s intelligence
• Failed to challenge counselor Blake’s remark about the appellant’s intelligence
• Conduct fell below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary
• In private conversation with Linda, Blake made a remark about the appellant’s Welsh nationality, which was deemed to be discriminatory in nature

The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice punished Linda by gifting her with complimentary formal advice. It’s my understanding that this type of punishment can be very, very painful.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Linda continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a First Tier Tribunal (War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber Judge in Leicester, United Kingdom.
