Judge David Hebblethwaite of United Kingdom; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented David Hebblethwaite with a Solicitor’s license in 1970 after he graduated from Cranleigh College of Law in London. 

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Missed social media
• Improperly identified himself as a judicial office holder on social media

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary formal advice.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Davey continues to sit as a Senior Deputy District Court Judge. He also practices as a solicitor with David Hebblethwaite and Co. at 56 Broad Street, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, Avon, England.
