Judge Karen Holt of London, England; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Reggie B. Walton with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from American University School of Law.

Former President George W. Bush was nominated Judge Walton for a seat on the DC District Court in 2001.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Karen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Accused of illegally accessing records relating to a case in which a family member was a potential witness
• Was charged with illegal computer misuse
• Sent email to police which risked being viewed as an attempt to influence the conduct of a case
• Engaged in serious misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Karen continues to sit as a judge at the Isleworth Crown Court at 36 Ridgeway Road in London, England.
