The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Isaac guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent two messages to court clerk that were of a racially offensive nature

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the Senior President of Tribunals and the Lord Chancellor punished Isaac by gifting him with a complimentary formal warning. Whew, I hear tell those are like really painful!
