The found Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made public speech criticizing elections commissioner’s decision to declare Lutfur Rahman’s election as mayor of Tower Hamlets void
• Improper comments placed reputation of judiciary at risk
• Gave speech saying “racism is alive and well and living Tower Hamlets, in Westminster and, yes, sometimes in the judiciary”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary letter of advice.

As we speak (ca. November 218), Pete continues to sit as a part-time judge and chair of the Society of Black Lawyers in Great Britain.
