Judge Simon Newell of Britain; arrogant scofflaw 

The State of South Carolina presented Russell O. Brown with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Simon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Displayed serious errors of judgment
• Failed to acknowledge any wrong doing
• Behavior amount to serious misconduct
• Became angry when bar owner barred his dog from entry into a swanky pub
• Harassed bar owner by calling him “fat and pompous” after banning of his dog
• Illegally and secretly moved bins from front of pub on daily basis
• Stated that pub owner had no class because he was from Blackpool and Simon was a pedigree because he was from Lyt ham

As a direct consequent of his misconduct, the Lord Chief Justice and the Lord Chancellor, both well recognized enablers for Judicial Misfits punished Simon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Simon continues to sit as a Preston Combined Court Judge in courts located in North and East London, England.
