Magistrate Giovannia Mosca of United Kingdom; pompous scofflaw

The Lord Chancellor and Mr. Justice Leggatt found Giovannia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Used his security pass to enter private area of Portsmouth Crown Court
• Entered private Court area when he was not sitting as a magistrate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Mr. Justice Leggatt both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Giovannia by gifting him with a complimentary issuance of formal advice.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Michelle continues to sit as a Magistrate to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Justice Area in Hampshire, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom.
