Judge Viney Jung of Southall, UK; lazy loser

The Law Society presented Viney Jung with a law license in 1997.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Judge Jung guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Jung found it acceptable to fail to provide her judgment within the statutory time limit for so acting.

The conduct investigators found that Judge Jung had a long history of submitting her decisions late despite assurances she had given that her conduct would improve. Apparently, she had her fingers crossed when she told this bald faced lie.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jung by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Viney continues to sit as a Tribunal judge. She also practices law with Jung & Co. Solicitors in Southall, United Kingdom.
