Former Judge Jitendra Mishra of India; pervert

The Law Society provided Jitendra Kumar Mishrawith a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Allahabad University School of Law.

The Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court is investigating Judge Mishra for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual misconduct
• A sexually explicit video of the judge Mishra’s purported encounter with his stenographer was leaked online
• The sexually-explicit nature of the contents of the video were taken into consideration as to the imminent, grave, irreparable harm that is likely to be caused to the privacy rights of the stenographer

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Mishra by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the High Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Judge Mishra is temporarily suspended from the bench pending a ruling from the High Court.
