Judge Nomonde Mngqibisa-Thusi of South Africa; moronic slacker

The Law Society of South Africa provided Nomonde Mngqibisa-Thusi with a law license after she graduated from the University of South Africa School of l aw.

The Judicial Service Commission recommended to President Ramaphosa that Judge Mngqibisa-Thusi be suspended for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to deliver judgment in a timely manner
• Repeatedly failed to deliver reserved judgments
• Engaged in gross incompetence (moron)
• Parties involved in undue delays were prejudiced
• Engaged in gross misconduct
• In one matter, failed to render ruling for nearly 19 months

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Mngqibisa-Thusi by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Judge Mngqibisa-Thusi continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a judge on the Gauteng High Court bench in Pretoria, South Africa.
