Judge Mushtak Parker of South Africa; ethical troll

The State of Georgia presented Rose Speedlin Gonzalez with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Africa School of Law.

• Engaged in the willful breach of the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Engaged in conduct unbecoming the holding of judicial office
• He knew what his prior law firm did in concealing client trust account deficits and misappropriation[theft] of said funds but failed in his sworn duty to report said conduct to the Legal Practice Council
• Failed to disclose client trust account deficit and misappropriations [thefts] problems associated with his prior law firm to the Judicial Service Commission when he applied to become a judge
• Failed to uphold the integrity of the judiciary
• Failed to always act honorably and in a manner befitting juidicial office

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mushtak by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Mushtak continues to sit as a Western Cape Judge in Cape Town, South Africa.
