Chief Justice John Roberts: Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Chief Justice John Roberts
Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

Recently Chief Justice Roberts released his much unanticipated Annual State of the Judiciary.

Because the Court agreed to decide whether Obama’s healthcare legislation is constitutional, Roberts felt compelled to address the issue of “conflict of interest” as it specifically relates to Supreme Court Justices.

It is undisputed that Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife is a right wing conservative who is deeply involved in arguing that Obama-care is unconstitutional, which has caused many legal scholars to demand that he remove himself from hearing the case.

In responding to the issue of Justices’ removing themselves from cases wherein a conflict of interest exists, and in a lame attempt at levity, Chief Roberts said:
"They are jurists of exceptional integrity and experience whose character and fitness have been examined through a vigorous appointment and confirmation process. I know that they each give careful consideration to any recusal questions that arise."
In addition to being an aspiring standup comedian, Johnny is also quite adept at spewing forth hyperbolic (BS) comments.

Anyone with an I.Q. higher than the legal speed limit in a school zone is well aware that Justice Clarence Thomas never had any prior experience before being foisted upon us by Bush I. In fact, Thomas has dedicated his undistingused career by firmly implanting his significant snout in the public trough. Since he received his law license in 1974, Clarence has spent but one year working in the private sector. The other 36 years he’s been piggin out on public pork.

To argue that Supreme Court justices possess “exceptional integrity” is on of Rodney’s best one-liners since he ascended to the throne as Chief Justice.

In the past I personally experienced “judicial integrity” when I appeared as a reporter at a Judicial Conference in Columbus, Ohio wherein over 200 Ohio judges were present. The integrity was so thick that it took me almost 40 minutes to chip it off my shoes when I got home.

The empirical Chief Justice (aka, King John) actually believes that nobody and I mean nobody has the right to question his judgment as to what or does what does not constitute a conflict of interest. This King John is one funny guy, right?

Congrats Johnnie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s least inspiring standup comedians; you are far too humble.
