Judge Annie Hendricks of Fort Smith, AR; bully, loser

The state of Arkansas presented Annie Powell Hendricks with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission found Judge Hendricks guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to comply with the law
  2. Failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
  3. Abused judicial office for personal gain
  4. Knowingly engaged in coercive conduct
  5. Improperly intervened on family member’s behalf re: legal dispute
  6. Threatened criminal action v. party who allegedly took daughter’s cell phone

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary informal adjustment.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Judge Hendricks continues to sit as a Division II Sebastian County Circuit Court Judge in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
