Judge James Williams II of Little Rock; lying loser

The State of Arkansas presented James L. Williams II with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was campaigning for a judicial position in the 11th Judicial Circuit.

In his zeal to dupe the voters into electing him as a Circuit Court judge, Jimmy put forth the following false advertisements.

  • “20 years EXPERIENCE judge misdemeanor cases”
  • “20 years EXPERIENCE judge felony cases”
  • “20 years EXPERIENCE judge domestic cases”
  • “20 years EXPERIENCE judge juvenile cases”

Jimmy never worked as a Circuit or District court judge in Arkansas. His position as a Parole Hearing Officer was dedicated to holding administrative hearings. Put simply, he was never in a position to hear or decide any of the cases aforementioned.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary informal adjustment.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Jimmy continues to be employed as a Revocation Hearing Judge for the Arkansas Parole Board in Little Rock, Arkansas.
