As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension with out pay and imposed a fine of $1,000.00.
As we speak (ca. January 2021), Terry continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Copiah County Justice Court Judge in Hazlehurst, Mississippi.
