Judge Kathleen Hitchcock of Granger, WA; drunken loser

The state of Washington presented Kathleen Erin Hitchcock with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

Kathy is a part-time judge of the Granger and Wapato Municipal Courts. The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct charged Kathy with the following misconduct.

In July 2013, Kathy was stopped and arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). She was subsequently arraigned in Yakima County District Court.

The officer that stopped Kathy noticed that she reeked of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and a flushed face, and swayed side to side. Kathy initially lied that she had been drinking but later admitted she had two margaritas along with ingesting some Hydrocodone (Hillbilly Heroine).

After she was arrested, Kathy sought special treatment by announcing on at least three separate occasions that she was a judge.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kathy the Drunk by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Surpeme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Kathy continues to sit as a part-time judge (when sober) in the Granger and Wapato Municipal Courts.
