Judge Steve Dixon of Ritzville, WA; potty mouth loser

The state of Washington presented Steve Dixon with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie was assigned as a visiting judge to preside over a civil case pending in the Whitman County Superior Court. Subsequently, Stevie presided over a telephonic hearing in the matter. At the conclusion of the hearing when he believed he was no longer on the line with the parties to the case, he said:

“Kicked that motherfucker’s ass.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
