Judge Steven Clough of Monroe, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Steven Michael Clough with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from University of Idaho

School of Law.

The Judicial Commission found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, while presiding over a case involving a traffic charge, Stevie made the following statement in regard to the defendant appearing before him.

“You don't think Mr. Breckenridge drives around baiting officers do ya, just hoping to get stopped so he can get a little debate going. What it looks like to me.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), continues to sit as a Snohomish County District Court judge in Monroe, Washington.
