Judge Eliana Mareno of Quebec, CAN; bigoted loser

The state of New Jersey provided Antonio Inacio with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

While presiding over a case involving Rania El-Alloul, Judge Mareno decided to cement her status as a Certified Bigot when she told Rania that she would have to remove her hijab (veil that covers the head and chest)  before she would her case against the province’s automobile insurance board, which had previously seized her vehicle.

When Rania refused to remove her veil, Eliana the Bigot refused to hear her case and then ordered it suspended indefinitely.

Numerous officials rightfully castigated Judge Mareno for her obvious violation of Rania’s constitutional rights.

However, as one would expect, The Court of Quebec said it was standing by Judge Marengo’s deicision and would refuse to bow to public pressure. The Court’s spokeswoman and apologist had the chutzpah to say that judges are master of their courtroom and have the right to interpret the law and set the rules of the court as they see fit.

All that’s left now is to see if any ethical complaint is lodged against Eliana the Bigot and then to see what punishment is meted out to her.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Judge Marengo continues to sit as a judge on the Quebec Court.
