Attorney Barry Gardner of Franklin, TN; ethical misfit  

The state of Tennesseeprovided Barry Leonard Gardner with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to set up trust account for client after being paid to do so
• Failed to provide client with accounting
• Failed to communicate with client re: status of case
• Failed to explain extent of duties performed on client’s case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Barry practices at 330 Mallory Station Road in Franklin, Tennessee.
