Attorney Fred Gibson Jr. of Nashville; deadbeat, tax cheat

The state of Tennesseeprovided Fred Michie Gibson Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Freddy scampered to his car and fled in it after IRS agents appeared at his office to seize his car for unpaid taxes.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Freddy practices at 404 James Robertson Road in Nashville, Tennessee.
