Attorney Charles Bashara of Norfolk, VA; ethical misfit  

The state of Virginia presented Charles Lawrence Bashara with a law license in 1960  after graduated from the College of William & Mary Regent Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly pay or deliver funds to client
• Failed to pay physician’s bill from settlement funds as required to do

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Charlie practices with Bashara and Hubbard at 19 Holly Lane inn Norfolk, Virginia.
