The state of Tennessee provided Benjamin Dempsey with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Benny found it acceptable to file false and misleading documents on behalf of a client in Bankruptcy Court.
