Judge David Ladenburg of Tacoma, WA; bigoted moron 

The state of Tennessee provided David A. Collins with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Nashville Law School.

The Washington State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Landenburg guilty of the following misconduct.

Despite prior warnings by the Commission that he had violated a woman’s First Amendment rights and expression of religion when he ordered her to remove her religious head covering, Dave the Bigot did the same thing involving a man of the Jewish faith.

In this case, the defendant was wearing a fedora, which he explained to Landenburg was worn as part of his Jewish faith. Landenburg ordered the defendant to bring to the next hearing evidence or information supporting his claim that he wore that particular head covering for religious purposes.

Judge Landenburg also indicated that if the defendant failed to bring the information, he would have the hat removed. Landenburg continued to demand proof of the religious basis for the choice of headwear at the next

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dave continues to sit as a judge on the Tacoma Municipal Court in Tacoma, Washington.
