The Law Society presented George Joseph Stephen Mancini with a law license in 1978.

The Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalfound Katrina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to attend to professional duties in punctual manner in resolving estate matter for nearly nine (9) years
• Failed to keep beneficiaries informed about finalization of estate
• Failed to provide full accounting of estate to beneficiaries for nine years
• Dishonestly misled (lied) to the beneficiaries
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Katrina!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalpunished Katrina by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year term of supervision.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Katrina.
