Attorney George Mancini of South Australia; lying loser  

The Law Society presented George Joseph Stephen Mancini with a law license in 1978.

The Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalfound George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false and misleading statements to expert psychologist he had retained
• Failed to pay amounts due and owing to expert witness
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct
• Less than frank when speaking to ethics investigators

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalpunished George by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of supervision.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to George.
