The Law Society presented Jeffrey David Peter Waye with a law license in 1983.

The Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalfound Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave repeatedly failed to obtain written authorization prior to disbersing trust monies.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunalpunished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Dave practices at 61-63 Carrington Street in Adelaide, South Australia.
